everything you ever wanted (or never wanted) to know about moi

i have been tagged! as i mentioned in a previous post, domestic goddess has tagged me to do a little "10 honest things about myself" post. how fun! so, here you have it. 10 things about yours truly:

1. i am a complete hypochondriac (my husband has banned me from web md), but also suffer from extreme (and i mean EXTREME) iathrophobia. if that isn't the ultimate contridiction, i don't know what is.

2. even though i do want my own biological chidren, i want more than anything to adopt a daughter from china. i can't fully explain it, but it seems like something i am meant to do- and, nothing makes me more LIVID than when people question this.

3. i worship the ground john cusack walks on.

4. my bullshit tolerance has completely bottomed-out. if you are an adult, and incabable of acting like an adult, i'm not interested.

5. my favorite food is vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and pink sprinkles. my favorite movie is "me and you and everyone we know". my favorite book is bergdorf blondes. my favorite song is "safety dance". safety dancing is an art form, and i take it rather seriously.

6. my biggest fears are butteflies and public transportation. i avoid both at all costs.

7. politically speaking, i swing to the left (WAY left) but, my opinion is my opinion and your opinion is your opinion. there is nothing i hate more than people who feel the need to FORCE their beliefs on those around them. this extends beyond politics... let's just say, when it comes to most things, keep your opinions to yourself.

8. my two greatest vices are wine and coffee. i'm making a great effort to give up coffee, but don't ever ask me to give up wine. (maybe that's why i yearn to adopt?? I KID!)

9. in my next life, i fully intend to come back as grace kelly- or, audrey hepburn.
